Payton Evenstad

Welcome, Payton Evenstad! Evenstad is a recent graduate of East Carolina University, where she competed as a Division I volleyball player and setter. During her four years at ECU, she served as team captain for three years and gained valuable experience competing at the highest collegiate level. After her collegiate career, Evenstad continued playing professionally overseas in the A1 League for U Cluj in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Payton graduated from Faribault High School and played club volleyball at Northern Lights (Burnsville, MN), where she competed at a high level and developed her passion for the sport. 

Evenstad has experienced many different coaching styles and team environments throughout her volleyball career, from club volleyball in Minnesota to playing Division I at ECU and professionally overseas. She hopes to take the things she learned from each experience and use them to help players grow, build confidence, and enjoy the game as much as she has.

Outside of volleyball, Payton enjoys going to the movies, watching TV series, playing indoor and outdoor volleyball, spending time outside, and hanging out with friends and family.
