Alli Sloneker

Welcome back Alum, Alli Sloneker! Sloneker is excited to come back to the Blaze Girls Volleyball family in a new role. 

Sloneker is no stranger to the Blaze family. She played for four years at Burnsville High School and graduated in 2025. She is so thankful for the experiences she had with Blaze volleyball as a player. At the conclusion of Sloneker's senior year, she received the Most Improved Player Award for her growth and success in a new position. Sloneker also played club volleyball throughout her high school career and most recently she was a setter and defensive specialist for Hammerheads Volleyball Club in Rosemount, MN.

Sloneker has always loved volleyball and she has grown her knowledge of the game. She started her coaching career at Hammerheads. She coached U17 for the 2025-2026 season.  

Sloneker currently works full time in customer service. She is continuing to pursue what brings her joy and exploring post-secondary options. She has a passion for photographray and continues to pursue this in her spare time. She also enjoys shopping, spending time with friends, and listening to music as she drives her bronco! 

Sloneker's coaching philosophy is centered around creating a supportive, competitive, and accountable environment where athletes can grow as volleyball players and people. She likes to lead by example. Because she is a BHS alum, she understands the program's expectations and the passion that comes with being a part of it. Sloneker wants to use her abilities as a coaching mentor to break down the game and help players improve their overall skills. She believes in building confidence in her players and encouraging them to believe in themselves!
